Please mark any step complete only after finishing the work. Marking a step as complete before finishing it to your own satisfaction will only compromise your implementation, without any benefit whatsoever. By the end of this program, you will be able to understand, articulate, and communicate policies, procedures, and measures that will be used to improve your overall portfolio performance. After you have done so, you will be able to guide your team for 1. Fine-tuning do-it-yourself programs for internal experts 2. Building good planning templates 3. Building an on-ground high-velocity, high trust execution culture 4. Practicing weekly project recovery processes 5. Practicing monthly portfolio review processes 6.
